Customer Care

We will always try our best to get your kini enroute asap, usually dispatched within 2 business days. However as we are a petite lil label please be patient just incase we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to hustle Australia Post. If your parcel has been lost, we can not make a dispute with Aus Post on your behalf, this is only available to the recipient. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit sorry!

If the item was marked as pre-order, this means that is isn’t currently in stock, it’s still being cut & sewn. However we will ship it as soon as it becomes available and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when this happens. No refunds will be given for incorrectly reading the Pre-Order information.

Kini exchanges are a sticky situation! We have a Zero Refund Policy.
Exchanges for a store credit are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the item. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. No exchanges on sale items.
