Customer Care

We will always try our best to get your kini enroute asap, usually dispatched within 2 business days. However as we are a petite lil label please be patient just incase we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to hustle Australia Post or DHL. If your parcel has been lost, we can not make a dispute with Aus Post on your behalf, this is only available to the recipient. Please be aware we do not cover import duties & taxes for international orders. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit sorry!

If the item was marked as pre-order, this means that is isn’t currently in stock, it’s still being cut & sewn. However we will ship it as soon as it becomes available and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when this happens. No refunds will be given for incorrectly reading the Pre-Order information.

Kini exchanges are a sticky situation! We have a Zero Refund Policy.
Exchanges for a store credit are accepted within 14 days of you receiving the item. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. No exchanges on sale items.
