We will always try our best to get your kini enroute asap, usually dispatched within 2 business days. However as we are a petite lil label please be patient just incase we are overloaded. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once your item has been shipped it becomes your baby & your responsibility to hustle Australia Post or DHL. If your parcel has been lost, we do not make a dispute with Aus Post on your behalf, this is to be made on behalf of the recipient if you want compensation. Please be aware we do not cover import duties & taxes for international orders. If you have made a typo in your shipping address, please inform us ASAP, we do not refund for incorrectly typed details. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

If the item was marked as pre-order, this means that it isn’t currently in stock, it’s still being cut & sewn. However we will ship it as soon as it becomes available and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number when this happens. No refunds will be given for incorrectly reading the Pre-Order information.

Kini exchanges are a sticky situation! Yes, you can exchange items for credit note – unless the product is marked ‘Sale’ and are not accepted for exchange or refund for change of mind (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear & hygiene liner kept in tact. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done as it needs to be re-sellable. Exchanges for a store credit are accepted within 7 days of you receiving the item or 14 days for international orders. Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Koleha will not be processed. Please allow 4 business days for a credit note to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by us.
